Background

Founded by Chef David Chang, the restaurant brand partnered with Cartograph at the start of Q1 2022 to launch a line of restaurant-grade products for home use, including chili crunch, sauces, salt, and noodles, on Amazon. The goal was to drive profitable growth in a competitive landscape.

The Job

Before partnering with us, Momofuku faced the challenge of entering a highly competitive market without an established presence on Amazon. They needed a strategy to differentiate their restaurant-grade products, optimize their assortment, and drive profitable growth.
